The TF Hawk program was founded in 1987 and is chaired by Thomas Van Hare, who has worked in humanitarian assistance since the 1980s. Under his leadership, the organization specializes in disaster relief, alleviating migration stress, and providing medical care for internally and externally displaced persons.
